Justin Carver FBO Manager

Justin started his aviation carrer in 1990 as a Line Service Technician for Weststar Aviation in Grand Junction, Colorado. As his love for aviation grew so did his experience. From managing FBO operations to Territory Manager for an aviation fuel supply company. In 2005 Justin accepted a position as FBO Manager for Corporate Aircraft Services of Rifle, Colorado. In the fall of the same year Corporate Aircraft Services and RIfle Jet Center sold and became the New Rifle Jet Center. Justin has a wife and two children. His hobbies include Golf and Team Roping.

Kevin Swenson Director of Maintenance

Kevin has over 30 years of Aviation Maintenance experience ranging from single piston engine aircraft to complex multi engine turbine aircraft including over 10 years as Director of Maintenance. In his spare time (if any) Kevin likes to ride his Harley, hunt, fish and spend time with his children & grandchildren.

Rikki Gallenbeck Customer Service Manager

Rikki’s aviation career started in 2001 at West Star Aviation as Customer Service Representative. She spent four years as a CSR and worked her way into the Lear Jet Maintenance Sales Manager. With Rikki’s mountain airport experience she understands our customer’s needs. In her off time she likes to make jewelry and barrel race.
